ÉCOLE GABRIELLE-ROY

A new K-12 facility with childcare as well as facilities for the broader francophone community.

 
 
 

The first newly-constructed school for the School District 93, Conseil Scolaire Francophone, this project was selected as a demonstration project under the British Columbia Green Building Initiative and in spite of a limited budget, was able to address many issues of sustainability. The client team of teachers, administrators, students and community members participated actively throughout the design process.

 
 

The project was completed under the predecessor firm, Marceau Evans Johnson Architects.
